- Type in part of the meeting information or select a check box that is related to the meeting you need to edit or delete.
- Click on Search
- Once the search results have returned click on the Grid Edit at the top left of the results next to Search Again
- Make changes to the sections that need to be changed. Once you click off a section the information is saved.
- Check and Uncheck any boxes as needed
- To delete a line use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to scroll all the way to the right and click on Delete.
- Exit Grid Edit
IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY DELETE A MEETING USE THE ADD MEETING PAGE TO ADD IT BACK IN.
